Meet Jeff – Corner Stone k9 Founder & Lead Trainer
I’ve been training dogs professionally since 2010, after discovering my passion through the sport of PSA (Protection Sports Association). Since then, I’ve trained hundreds of pet dogs with a wide range of behavioral needs and competed at the national level with my own Belgian Malinois — Murphy, Silas, and Bucky.
Murphy earned 3rd at PSA Nationals in 2019, completed his PSA2 in 2021, and became South Regional Vice Champion for PSA3 in 2022. I’ve also served as a decoy at Regional and National PSA events and lead as Training Director for Sandhills PSA Club.
In 2021, I officially launched Cornerstone K9 to bring high-level training to families across the region. Whether it’s obedience or behavior work, nothing makes me happier than helping dogs grow — and seeing their owners grow with them.

Kaitlin – Dog Trainer
Hi, I’m Kaitlin! I was born and raised in Garner, NC and have been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember. I share my life with two lovable Pitbulls, Riley and Kane.
My journey with animals began early—riding and working with horses at age 11 and caring for a wide variety of pets over the years. But it wasn’t until I began working with dogs that I discovered where my true passion lies: dog training.
Helping clients and their dogs reach their goals is incredibly rewarding. There's nothing better than watching a pup grow in confidence and behavior, and seeing the bond between dog and owner strengthen. I truly look forward to what I do every single day.
